General terms and conditions of business

1. Driving lessons
Duration: 50 minutes including instructions, final discussion and appointment scheduling


Delay: On the part of the student driver: At the expense of the student.
From the driving school: Will be made up for.

Missed driving lessons, VKU lessons or first aid lessons will be charged in full.

Cancellations: Lessons will be charged in full if cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the lesson.

Less than 48 hours will not be charged if a doctor's certificate is provided.

Clothing: The driving students are required to wear suitable footwear and clothing during the lessons (no flip-flops, high heels, hiking boots, dirty work clothes).

In case of unsuitable clothing/footwear, it is at the discretion of the
Driving school to cancel the lesson. There is no right to reschedule/refund the lesson.

Driving ability: If there are doubts about the student's ability to drive (alcohol, medication, narcotics, lack of concentration or tiredness), the lesson can be cancelled and the full amount will be charged.

2. Terms of payment
Payment by cash or TWINT after the end of the lesson. Payment by invoice only monthly. Paid services from Ride N Roll are non-refundable.

Vouchers are valid for two years and can be redeemed individually.

All driving lessons must be paid for one week before the exam date, otherwise the exam date will be cancelled.

3. Insurance / Administration
The driving students are insured for any damage to vehicles that occurs during the driving lessons and the official driving test (including fully comprehensive insurance). The insurance amount and the administration fee are mandatory for each driving student and must be paid at the first driving lesson. Refunds are excluded. The insurance is explicitly limited to the vehicles of the
Ride N Roll.

4. Lesson design/exam date
The driving students are prepared as efficiently as possible as future road users. The lesson design is based on the skills and experience of the student driver. The lessons are documented transparently. The test date is agreed by the responsible driving instructor together with the student driver. The driving instructors reserve the right to postpone the test date. The arrangement of own test dates at the traffic office should only be made after prior consultation with the responsible
driving instructor.

5. Illustrative material/video
All image and video material provided to students by the Ride N Roll driving school may not be passed on or distributed. The Ride N Roll driving school reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a violation.

6. Data Protection
No customer data will be passed on to third parties. Customer data will be used for internal purposes (see privacy policy).

7. Program/price changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, prices and general terms and conditions.

8. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies to all legal relationships with the Ride N Roll driving school. The invalidity or unenforceability of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be replaced by effective and enforceable provisions that correspond to the interests of both contracting parties by way of supplementary contract interpretation.

9. Place of jurisdiction
Disputes between participants and the Ride N Roll driving school will, to the extent permitted by law, be settled exclusively by the ordinary courts.
